Sweat & Release     
Sunday 9:15 am - 10:15 am

Want to experience the full depth of Hot Yoga? This class is for those looking to sweat! This class will have you moving, breathing, and sweating through a set sequence of poses while in temperatures above 100 degrees. It is open for all levels, but is recommended for those who are ready for a more intense movement practice. Please ensure you drink plenty of water before, during and after this class. A yoga mat, towel, and water bottle are recommended. We are still following the state guidelines and require masks during your practice. Mats are placed 6 feet from center to allow for social distancing.

Hot Yoga Flow     
Monday & Friday 8:00am - 9:00 am             
Monday (Juliana) & Wednesday 6:45 pm - 7:45pm
Saturday 9:00 -10:00 am (Juliana/Judy)


In our Hot Yoga Flow the temperature will be between 100-105 degrees with roughly 40% humidity. 
Be prepared to relax and unwind like never before- as each class will include breath work, relaxation, flow, balance, stretching and the reduction of stress, anxiety and any negativity you may be feeling or experiencing.

Rest, Recover, and Relax (unheated)     
Thursday 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm


In this class we will use different techniques to aid the body in recovery from our day to day movement. Sundays sessions will have a stronger emphasis on relaxed long hold yoga poses targeting connective tissues. While in Thursdays sessions we will use seated and reclined slow flowing movements and stretches. Both sessions will incorporate the use of a variety of props to help support the body and aid in recovery.
