yin yang

the ancient symbol of harmony reminds us that life is a balancing act and most fulfilling when we learn to embrace its dualities:
the ups & downs
good times & bad

joys & challenges

"We don't use the body to get into a pose.
We use the pose to get into the body."

-Bernie Clark

What is

The name TrainQuality is a play on the words tranquility, meaning being in a state of calm or free from disturbance. Why this play on words? Because Sarah's yoga & fitness training sessions will leave you in a state of tranquility. Through her attention to detail, knowledge of movement, breath, and mindfulness you will experience top quality instruction each and every session. Sarah's approach to movement is based on functionality of each individual body rather than aesthetic. Whether working to build strength or flow through yoga poses the body should never be forced or in pain...

Sarah is a caring, personable teacher with the perfect pace in her classes. Her calm but attentive demeanor helps you to feel immediately at home even as a beginner or in a new place. One of my favorite things about Sarah’s style of instruction is her attention to detail - she offers reminders throughout her classes to make the small adjustments that are often overlooked - those that make a world of difference and help push you farther in your practice if you choose. Her spiritual guidance as well as physical practice create a great experience for anyone and everyone!
