Functional training sessions custom to you and your goals! Whether you are new to fitness, returning after some time off, or just looking to switch up your routine I am here to help.
Sessions will be held privately at Move Breathe Live, LLC and can be held 1-1 or with a friend/partner.
Private In Person Session
One on one in person sessions - These sessions are great for everyone & any one. They allow for real time feedback and guidance. It allows me to make adjustments to your personal programming on the spot. One to three sessions a week, 45 min sessions.
Individualized Program Writing
On your own - This style personal training is perfect for anyone who is comfortable and familiar with exercising, looking to change up their routine and learn new exercises. After the initial consultation I will develop a custom 6 week program for you and make sure you are comfortable with the exercises. You are welcome to add on in person sessions at anytime to help become more familiar with new exercises
